compared to China ones:
I can now eat off clean Aussie kitchen benches, I couldnt in China.
I eat every single bit of food between the crusts of my salad sandwhich, threw half it out in China.
Everything feels so clean here in the kitchen like it used too, in China it was the germiest place.

It is nice to have a kitchen bench you can directly prepare food on, with using a plate. Although for me having a new kitchen bench is a bit annoying because now I have to use a plastic plate or a cutting board to cut sandwhiches - no more cutting directly onto the bench.
By the way, guess what I'm eating right now? M&ms!
